A film is in development based on this best-selling novel

California, 1850…a time when men sold their souls for a bag of gold and women their bodies for a place to sleep. Sold into prostitution as a child, Angel learns to distrust all men. She feels there is no way out of the daily hell in which she lives. Thinking that death would finally end her torment, she provokes the sadistic brothel guard into beating her, hoping to die. When Michael, an honorable man, finds her lingering near death, he knows he must rescue her. The bittersweet relationship that ensues is one that will warm the heart and touch the soul. On July 28th Christy was interviewed by radio station 89.3 WRMB and the week of August 1st she will be one of the speakers at the STARS event in South Florida!
We have had so much interest lately from various production companies. Seeing their desire to be a part of this project has been awesome!
Christy and Barbara recently joined the Biola Studio Task Force. They are excited to be a part of this amazing organization.
Christy is also on the Summit Productions Advisory Board and helps with their STARS (Spirit-Led Teen Artists Reaching for Success) program.
Second Chance:
A Pro-Life film centering around two young sweethearts whose passions go too far as they end up with an unplanned pregnancy. This film explores God's forgiveness and grace while giving the characters a Second Chance.
A television series set amidst a beautiful, sunny college campus. This series will deal with real life struggles and everyday choices made by the students. Similar to "Beverly Hills, 90210", but with decidedly moral values.
When a spoiled little boy wakes up on Christmas morning and is left with nothing but a dead tree and a special snow globe, he is transported to another time and finally realizes that Christmas isn't just about gifts and Santa. We see that there is a reason that "Christ" should be left in CHRISTmas!
